We all have our own ways to navigate through all the struggles we go through in our lives. The strength and tools I have realized through my challenges have been implemented into my unique style of yoga/martial arts called Yoga Do. Yoga Do uses fitness as a vehicle to bring awareness and consciousness to one's life to help them find peace and understanding within.
