Margot Bowes, Life Coach has been doing the quest for self or the quest for happiness since 1979.

Her training started with Life spring family training, Excellence Seminars Pursuit, Wall ,Advancement ,Mastery I and Mastery II, Professional seminars, world humor organization, Training in Energy Power, lead and supervisor and Teacher The Haven Resort, Phase II Relationships, come alive and Anger boundaries and safety ,Jack Zufeld Experience…and many others.

She has a passion for personal growth, is funny , personable and will make you fall off your seat in laughter. You will never forget the positive experience you will have with Margot Bowes.

For the past 10 years, I have devoted my work to educating women and men on issues around nutrition, health and including those with eating disorders. I am very passionate about the work I do and seeing positive changes in others is what I love.

I have come into freedom from emotional eating, although it is always a work in progress. I am excitied about taking you on your journey to freedom from binge and emotional eating.
